I will conduct an initial assessment of your health history, lifestyle, and current health concerns. This meeting will be a great way of getting to know each other. Based on this assessment, we will work together to set achievable goals for improving your health.
2. Group Coaching Sessions:
Group sessions or workshops are also an option if you and your team want to address specific topics related to health, fitness, emotional and mental wellness, women’s health, gut health, hormone health, as well as nutrition. This is an in-person workshop involving meditations, group check-in and coaching in an interactive way.
3. Personalized Coaching Sessions:
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, either in-person or online. This approach is structured with a commitment of 3 to 6 months where we will meet twice a month for 6o minutes. The time frame is crucial because change doesn’t happen overnight. During these sessions, we will explore a range of topics including nutrition, label reading, habits, physical activity, stress management, sleep, self-care, time management, and much more.
4. Ongoing Support and Accountability:
I will provide ongoing support and accountability to help you stay on track towards your goals, even if you’re traveling! This includes regular check-ins, progress tracking, or readings.
