We work with clients to develop personalized plans supporting behavior change, cultivating healthy, sustainable, positive lifestyle choices such as improving nutrition, increasing physical activity, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being using a variety of techniques such as motivational interviewing, goal setting, and accountability to help clients stay on track and make progress towards their goals.
Think about it, the body is a perfect computer by itself. It adjusts its own temperature, it accommodates to see in the dark, and when you’re sick, it heals itself. We tend to push and request more from it, then after pushing too far, it breaks. Our body is not the problem, our lifestyle is. Treat the cause, not the symptom.
When it comes to diet, lifestyle and what makes you happy, there is no one size fits all that will work for everyone. One person’s food is another person’s poison. It’s experimenting to find what is right for each individual, to identify the right environment, diet, and workout. Allowing the individual to heal themselves by themselves, by understanding and clearing up how they can fuel their life through bio-individuality.
